For the sake of the people of Syria, and the people of Turkey, I am thankful that this plot was leaked, and foiled, at least temporarily.
So said Thomas Jefferson, as I learned a few years ago, which is one of the many reasons that I continue to respect his wisdom.

Philip Yancey is a Christian writer. He has a blog. A recent post of his recounts a meeting at Willow Creek Church in which representatives from Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism, Islam, and Christianity were invited to represent the thinking of their respective religions on various matters.
